How does it work and what does it bring?

The smartXcity application brings the possibility of using smart city solutions to improve tourism, culture or even the inclusion of a marginalized population. In the application itself, it is possible to find not just the information about important tourist monuments in Bratislava, but also information about public transport connections or other information necessary for the smooth transit of all groups of the population in the city. All based on the IoT beacon technology.

The smartXcity application is a pilot project and proof of concept for smart city technologies. Thanks to such a solution, cities and regions can enter the opportunities of the 21st century, taking into an account the needs of all of their citizens while promoting the culture and its history.
